Terms
Service terms.
These terms cover the flat-fee migration described on the migration page. They are short on purpose, and nothing in them is buried.
Who you are contracting with
Taiga Kudo, Aomori, Japan. These terms are governed by the law of Japan. Contact: wxxw1xwwx@gmail.com.
Scope
The fee is USD 499 per site, and it covers the deliverables listed on the migration page for a single repository deployed to a single target host. Work outside that list is quoted separately before it starts.
What you provide
- Repository access and access to the current host
- Control of the domain's DNS records
- Keeping the old host active until you confirm the cutover, if you want a fast rollback
A rollback depends on the previous host still being active and on your DNS being under your control. Neither is under my control, so neither is guaranteed here. What is guaranteed is the written procedure and the recorded configuration needed to perform one.
Refunds
If the deployment is not working on the agreed scope, you get a full refund. The audit itself is free for one repository and carries no obligation to continue.
The free audit is limited to one repository per client. If the audit shows the work is larger than a migration, you are told before anything is charged and you owe nothing.
Liability
Liability is limited to the fee you paid. Third-party outages, registrar and DNS propagation delays, and provider policy changes sit outside my control. Hosting, domain and third-party service fees are billed to you by those providers directly.
YouTube API Services
The benchmark videos on the Deploy Bench channel are uploaded by a program that uses YouTube API Services. Using this site or that channel means you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. What the program accesses, what it stores, and how to revoke its access are set out on the privacy page.
Your data
Repository and hosting credentials are used only to perform the migration, are never shared with a third party, and are deleted on request or within 30 days of handover, whichever comes first. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
